Maavi.pk is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, please follow our return guidelines:
- Any product to be returned should be in its original condition: unwashed, unused, with its original tagging, and in undamaged packaging for a refund or exchange. (Complete video of repacking the product as received is mandatory to initiate the process)
- If you have any complaints regarding your purchase, kindly raise them within 1 day for an exchange. This should be done after contacting our support team at onlinemaavi@gmail.com or through our helpline +923218483327.
- Please note, if you wish to exchange a product simply because you do not like it, we will not be able to entertain such requests. Any legitimate concerns should be directed to
onlinemaavi@gmail.com. - If the product you receive is not as described on our website, please contact us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
- If you have made an advance payment and require a refund, you will need to share your bank account details along with your complaint to
onlinemaavi@gmail.com for us to process the refund. - Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method such as courier or registered post at their own expense. We will not cover these delivery charges.
- If you have opted for a special colour and paid extra, only then will your colour preference be prioritised. Please note, colour variations are not included in our refund or exchange policy.
- Kindly refrain from writing on or placing tape on the manufacturer's box.
- If the returned product is found to be in inadequate condition upon inspection, it will be sent back to you as received.
- Once we have thoroughly inspected the condition and packaging of the returned product, we will process an exchange within 7 days.
- All returns should be sent to Maavi.
